Return Period:
We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy. You have 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and clearly write the order number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow at least 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
